It a need hour bring up new innovative, readily available, patient friendly time saving techniques which possess same effect. Hence this study taken Manjistadi modified Sandhaniya cast. Such kind medicated casts weren’t use till date makes it unique. This would not only help immobilization like any other brace binder, but also reduces localized edema due its accelerates healing.
